Request For Proposals (RFP) - Study to Analyze the Fiscal and Economic Impact of the Seneca Niagara Casino on the City of Niagara Falls, NY
USA Niagara Development Corporation, on behalf of Empire State Development Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to define, conduct, analyze and compile a study that reports on the fiscal and related economic impact and consequences that the Seneca Niagara Casino will have on the City of Niagara Falls, as required by the Niagara Falls Casino-Community Accommodation and Improvement Commission’s Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Spending Plan.
Proposals are due no later than 12:00 Noon local time, Friday, July 16, 2004.
