Request For Proposals (RFP) - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of Vacant Land in Downtown Niagara Falls
The RFP posting on our website for a Phase I Environmental Consultant was inadvertently labeled as a Request for Expressions of Interest. In order to clarify this requirement we are issuing a hard copy RFP document to all those parties having expressed an interest in the assignment. The due date for this submission will be March 18, 2004.
