Development/Operation of Restaurant and Entertainment Establishments and/or Food and Beverage Provider/Caterer for New Niagara Falls Convention/Conference Center
On July 1st, Governor George Pataki announced New York State had committed $12 million to acquire and redevelop the existing Falls Street Faire building into a new convention and meeting facility. The Falls Street Faire project will replace an outdated facility with a state-of-the art convention and conference venue. This project, which is scheduled for completion Summer 2003, represents a strategic part of USA Niagara’s development effort for the revitalization of Niagara Falls. USA Niagara is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Concepts (RFQ) for restaurant/entertainment-type establishments in conjunction with the new convention and conference center being constructed in downtown Niagara Falls, New York.
